DOMESTIKA
"3D Illustration Course"
City: Mexico City
Client: Domestika
Field: 3D Compositions

As the instructor of Domêstika’s Creating 3D Compositions course, I introduced 3D Anthology, a project designed to help students express their personal identity through meaningful elements. Using objects, shapes, phrases, colors, animals, and more, they create compositions that reflect their essence.
Throughout the course, I guide students step by step through my own 3D illustration process, structured in three key phases: Creative Stage, 3D Production, and Post-Production. We explore topics such as conceptualization, finding inspiration, sketching, 3D modeling, color palettes, lighting schemes, layered rendering, digital retouching, and project presentation. Additionally, I offer practical tips, technical guidance, and creative insights to support them along the way.
For my own final project, I created a composition inspired by themes that deeply resonate with me: music, piano, poetry, geometry, the sea, the moon, the night, illustration, playfulness, and fun. I’m excited to share my 3D Anthology with you, along with insights into the creative process behind it.
