C-SUITE DINNER DESIGN

final renders & production sheets

the live event: netflix upfront 2026

As part of the design team at Seen Presents, I contributed across the creative and spatial development of Netflix Upfront 2026 in New York, with the C-suite dinner experience as my main focus. I developed concept mood boards defining the look and feel for the dinner, the activations, and the immersive projection environment that wrapped the dining space, alongside dinner layout studies that balanced cinematic atmosphere with the intimacy of a high-profile industry gathering.
My work spanned the full spatial design process: creating and editing floor plans and layout options in Vectorworks, producing visuals with general dimensions and material recommendations, and developing scenic elements for both interior and exterior areas. I proposed activation concepts for indoor and outdoor spaces, always rooted in the "Get Closer" concept and Netflix's IP, and developed wayfinding proposals, each supported by mood boards and 3D renderings. Throughout the project, I took part in creative and production meetings, translating Netflix's brand narrative into cohesive, buildable spatial experiences from early concept through to final visualisation.
